- Why can’t I get back to my alliance?
- Joining the same alliance is possible solely twice per era, no exceptions involved.
- I tried to invite players to the alliance, but the system keeps telling we don't have room for them.
- Because you have inactive members (players who haven’t logged into the accounts since last era) you don’t see until the leader gets above 1000 net worth points. You have to wait for the leader to reach 1000 points and expel them.
- What does Treasury serve for?
- It serves for donating diamonds and resources invested in alliance researches and alliance buildings in alliance holdings.
- I happen to not be able to donate more resources to the Treasury. How can I fix this?
- Grow in net worth points.
- What is alliance value?
- The current net worth points value of the alliance, i.e. the gold equivalent invested in all alliance facilities and possessions: researches, buildings and troops /1000.
- How can I send resources to help an ally of mine?
- You can send just gold. To do that you need supply wagons and a Depot Station opened on Gold Transfer tab.
- I’m intending to send gold to an ally but it seems I’m not managing to. Why?
- Either you have reached your sending limit, which is 10% of your current net worth points’ gold equivalent, or your ally has reached his receiving limit, which is again 10% of his current net worth points’ gold equivalent. In order to succeed in sending him gold, you have to raise points and/or receive some gold from another ally and/or he has to raise points and/or send some gold to another ally.
- I’m intending to send gold to an ally and it seems he won’t be receiving the whole amount. Why?
- Gold transfer is taxed. The closer to his/her limit (10% of his/her current net worth points’ gold equivalent) a player is, the more gold will be lost in the transfer. The sender will be notified how much of his gold will be lost due to taxation.
- I’m intending to promote an ally of mine. Why is the button inactive?
- Every assignment in the Officers’ or Leaders' Wing is active for at least 168 hours (84 hours in a fast realm and 42 hours in a blitz realm), i.e. you can't change your alliance position if the last time you were promoted was less than 168 hours ago.
- I replaced the previous Science Officer with an ally with higher University level. Though, the prices don’t seem to get lower. Why is that?
- Science Officer’s impact on alliance researches is formed as well by his special bonus’ size, determined by the Loyalty status. When you replace a Science Officer in a second or third Loyalty status stage, the new Science Officer will be in first Loyalty status stage and, thus, even if he has higher University level, that won’t lower the prices but will, potentially, increase them.
- I replaced the previous Construction Officer with an ally with higher Architecture level. Though, the prices don’t seem to get lower. Why is that?
- Construction Officer’s impact on alliance buildings is formed as well by his special bonus’ size, determined by the Loyalty status. When you replace a Construction Officer in a second or third Loyalty status stage, the new Construction Officer will be in first Loyalty status stage and, thus, even if he has higher Architecture level, that won’t lower the prices but will potentially, increase them.
- How can we change the leader?
- One of you should apply for leader by clicking on the respective button on the right side of the Members table in Alliance menu.
- Which ally should I promote to Science Officer?
- The player with the highest University level.
- Which ally should I promote to Construction Officer?
- The player with the highest Architecture level.
- I received an invitation for an alliance, but I can’t accept it. Am I missing something?
- The alliance you have been invited to has no vacancies for more members. They have to expel someone first.
- How can I send troops to help an ally of mine?
- You can't.
