When does my realm end?
A realm ends on a date previously fixed and announced by Imperia Online administration. Whichever alliance reaches highest influence on this end date will become the winner of the realm. In case no alliance has reached any influence on the end date, the alliance with highest net worth will be the winner of the realm.
How do I start from the beginning?
Accounts cannot be restarted. They start over only when the realm is restarted. If you don’t wish to wait until the new era, register a new account in another realm. Go to the homepage, click on “Register now”, then on “Already have an account?” and fill in the fields with your current username and password. Or join one of the suggested realms on the login screen.
My account was highly developed and I had lots of points. What happened? Why do I have nothing now?
Your realm has been restarted and a new era has begun. Imperia Online is a strategy game, and thus it doesn't go forever, the maximum duration of an era is up to 5 months (in a blitz realm), up to 2 months (in a Mega blitz realm) and 3 weeks (in a Masters blitz realm).
How do I delete my account?
You can request the deletion of your personal data and your account in the menu Personal settings > Privacy > Erase data button. You will be given a 14-day period in which you may cancel the request, but you cannot accelerate the request before the 14-day period expires.
Why didn’t you warn us about the maintenance?
When there is maintenance without notice, it means we are having technical problems we are struggling to solve as soon as possible. Unfortunately, such situations can’t always be anticipated and prevented.
When does a new realm start? Or where can I find information about new realms coming soon?
You can see information about the most recently restarted realms and realms, which are about to be restarted, by clicking on the server clock (lower right corner), tab Features.
Is there a realm which is never going to be restarted?
No, all realms are restarted eventually. The maximum duration of a realm is up to 5 months, if it is blitz speed, up to 2 months for Mega blitz realms and 3 weeks for Masters blitz realms.
I want to play in a Blitz realm. How can I register?
You will find a registration widget for a Blitz Masters realms at the bottom of the village screen when such realm gets restarted. The registration widget is active for a limited time.
Can I choose my location on the Global map?
No. The system situates you automatically.
How can I invite a friend to play with me?
Send him/her an invitation link. It is located in the Settings menu.
How can my friend register and be near me on the Global map?
It is not possible to choose location. The system situates players automatically.
Can I have more than one account in the same realm?
No. You can have more than one account, but only in different realms.
Do I receive some reward for bringing friends to the game?
No.
Where can I report abuses?
Send an email to [email protected] quoting players’ usernames and realms, as well as your own username and realm.
I can’t send personal messages. What is going on?
You were probably silenced by the administration for having sent abusive messages to other players. Write an email to [email protected] to ask for the reasons and don’t forget to specify your username and realm.
I’m silenced and I won’t be able to send messages for a year. Isn’t this too much?
A player can be silenced for 24h (for the first abusive message/comment), 168h (for the second abusive message/comment) and for and entire year (for the third abusive message/comment). Silence bans are not removable so it is better to mind your language instead.
I see a ban image on my login page instead of my avatar. Am I really banned? What for?
No, you are not banned. Your avatar is. Abusive avatars can be reported by other players (at least by 3) and banned by the administration. A user banned for abusive avatar for the first time cannot upload a new avatar for 24 hours, if banned for the second time – for 168h, and for the third time – for a whole year.
I can’t log in. Someone stole my account. What should I do?
Follow these steps:

1. In case you have your registration email confirmed:

1.1. Recover your password via Lost password link on the homepage. After you insert your email in the field, you will receive an email message from Imperia Online. Click on the link for the respective realm and write twice the new password. Recommended password configuration: at least 10 characters, a combination of small and capital letters, numbers and/or special characters.
1.2. Write to [email protected] and be specific about: username, realm, damage(s) your account has suffered.
1.3. Attention! Do not give your password to other people, no matter how close you are. If you want your account babysat, use the legal babysitting module, where babysitters enter your account without knowing your personal data.

2. In case you don't have your registration email confirmed:

2.1. Write to [email protected] and be specific about: username, realm, damage(s) your account has suffered, email of registration. The administrator will recover the registration email and will give you a service password.
2.2. Log into the account, confirm the e-mail address, go to Settings menu and change the password, creating a more complex one. Recommended password configuration: at least 10 characters, a combination of small and capital letters, numbers and/or special characters.
2.3. Attention! Do not give your password to other people, no matter how close you are. If you want your account babysat, use the legal babysitting module, where babysitters enter your account without knowing your personal data.
How can I change my registration email?
If your email is already confirmed, you cannot change it. If it isn’t, you can change it in Settings menu >> Email tab.
How can I have Diamonds without actually buying them?
Diamonds are earned as a reward from the Tutorial, Quests, Tournaments, Wheel of fortune, e-pin rewards from tournaments, reward for leveling up the global level of the account, reward upon restart for participating in the previous season of the realm, reward for influence ranking, paid ransom of captured general.
