🔍 Phase 1: Preparation & Fortification

This strategic setup phase allows players to:

  • Scout enemy bases: Analyze layouts and prepare attack strategies.

  • Fortify allied bases: Spend Oil to bolster the defenses of your own base or those of your teammates.

  • Reduce enemy star potential: Each layer of fortification decreases how many stars an enemy can earn from that base.

  • Buff defenses: Fortifications power up defensive structures, making them tougher and more effective.
